Remsee Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Remsee.
  2. By creating an Account, accessing the Service, using AI Features, posting User Content, using the RSM wallet, purchasing a Subscription, boosting posts, joining the Marketplace, or using Affiliate Booking features, you agree to these Terms.
  3. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
  4. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Related Policies

  1. These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Usage Policy, Community Guidelines, RSM Credits Policy, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy, Affiliate Booking Terms, Marketplace Seller Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright and DMCA Policy, Security Policy, Data Processing Agreement where applicable, Travel Disclaimer, and Legal Notice.
  2. Feature-specific terms apply when you use the relevant feature.

3. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required by Applicable Law in your jurisdiction, to create an Account or use the Service.
  2. If you are at least 13 years old but under the age of legal majority (20 years old under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
  3. You must be at least 20 years old (the age of legal majority under Thai law), or have the verified consent of your parent or legal guardian, to purchase a Subscription, acquire, hold, or spend RSM Credits, make in-app purchases, or enter into any other paid or financial transaction on the Service.
  4. You may not use the Service if you are barred under Applicable Law, sanctions laws, or prior enforcement action by Remsee.

4. Accounts

  1. You may register using supported authentication methods, including email, Google, Apple, or other approved methods.
  2. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your Account.
  4. You must notify us promptly at remseesupport@numtrend.com of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
  5. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts to protect Users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or prevent misuse.

5. Service Description

  1. Remsee provides AI-powered trip planning, travel recommendations, social feed features, User Content tools, RSM wallet functionality, subscriptions, post boosting, affiliate hotel booking referrals, and related travel discovery features.
  2. Remsee may support future services, including marketplace, creator economy, flights, activities, insurance, car rental, eSIM, airport transfer, and other travel commerce services.
  3. Features may be released in beta, sandbox, pilot, waitlist, mock, or limited-availability form.
  4. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to Applicable Law and any paid-service obligations.

6. AI Features

  1. AI Features may generate itineraries, recommendations, summaries, translations, budget suggestions, packing lists, and travel ideas.
  2. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsafe for your circumstances, or unsuitable for real-world travel decisions.
  3. You are responsible for independently verifying travel information, including visas, entry rules, safety, health requirements, opening hours, prices, transport schedules, accessibility, weather, and booking conditions.
  4. AI Features are governed by the AI Usage Policy and Travel Disclaimer.
  5. We may use automated systems, human review, and safety filters to operate and improve AI Features as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. User Content

  1. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted below.
  2. You grant Remsee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting, translate, create excerpts from, promote, and otherwise use User Content to operate, provide, improve, market, and protect the Service.
  3. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate Applicable Law, third-party rights, these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  4. You are responsible for User Content you submit, including travel advice, reviews, images, claims, affiliate disclosures, and marketplace listings.
  5. We may remove, reduce distribution of, label, restrict, or moderate User Content in accordance with the Community Guidelines.

8. Social Feed and Moderation

  1. Remsee may provide social feed, profile, following, review, comment, report, and creator features.
  2. We may use automated and manual moderation tools to detect unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, spam, or policy-violating content.
  3. Users may report content or Accounts. We may review reports, apply enforcement actions, and preserve moderation logs.
  4. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, distribution limits, feature restrictions, Account suspension, Account termination, and referral to authorities where appropriate.
  5. We may provide appeal options where required by Applicable Law or product policy.

9. RSM Credits and Wallet

  1. RSM Credits are governed by the RSM Credits Policy.
  2. RSM Credits are in-app utility units for eligible Remsee features and are not money, legal tender, securities, commodities, stored value, e-money, deposits, or investment products unless Applicable Law requires different treatment.
  3. RSM Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred outside approved Remsee functionality.
  4. We may set, change, expire, revoke, or limit RSM grants, rewards, token costs, and wallet functionality subject to Applicable Law and any required notice.
  5. RSM Credits may be used solely within the Remsee application and are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or any monetary value under any circumstances, except where a refund or redemption is required by mandatory Applicable Law.
  6. RSM Credits carry no commercial, market, or exchange value outside the Remsee application, and may not be sold, traded, brokered, pledged, gifted, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or any other token, asset, or value outside approved Remsee functionality.
  7. If your Account is suspended or terminated because you violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Community Guidelines, or other Remsee policies, any RSM Credits then held in your Account may be forfeited and cancelled without compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law and subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Subscriptions and Paid Features

  1. Remsee may offer free and paid plans, including Plus, Pro, post boosts, token packages, creator tools, marketplace features, or other paid services.
  2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the applicable app store, payment provider, or Remsee account interface.
  3. Subscription terms, limits, monthly grants, quotas, cancellations, and changes are described in the Subscription Policy.
  4. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Affiliate Bookings and Travel Partners

  1. Remsee may refer Users to Travel Partners, including Booking.com, Agoda, future Expedia-approved services, and other partners.
  2. Affiliate Bookings are governed by the Affiliate Booking Terms and Travel Disclaimer.
  3. Unless expressly stated, Remsee is not the merchant of record, hotel, airline, insurer, tour operator, transportation provider, booking agent, or travel provider for Affiliate Bookings.
  4. Travel Partner terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, loyalty rules, and privacy practices apply to Affiliate Bookings.

12. Marketplace and Creator Economy

  1. Remsee may support Marketplace features for creators, sellers, digital products, itineraries, guides, services, and travel commerce.
  2. Sellers and creators must comply with the Marketplace Seller Terms, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright and DMCA Policy, tax requirements, and Applicable Law.
  3. We may review, approve, reject, suspend, remove, or delist sellers, listings, or transactions.

13. Prohibited Conduct

  1. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
  2. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with security, scrape without authorization, reverse engineer restricted components, upload malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, violate travel or consumer laws, manipulate RSM, create fake engagement, evade enforcement, or use the Service for illegal activity.

14. Intellectual Property

  1. Remsee, the Service, software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by Numtrend Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
  2. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.

15. Privacy

  1. Our collection and use of Personal Data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  2. By using the Service, you acknowledge that Personal Data may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

  1. The Service may integrate with third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, AI providers, cloud providers, Travel Partners, and affiliate networks.
  2. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
  3. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by Applicable Law or contract.

17. Beta, Sandbox, and Mock Services

  1. Certain features may be experimental, sandbox, mock, simulated, or pending partner approval.
  2. Expedia-related functionality may be mock or sandbox-only until future approval. Do not treat mock availability, prices, inventory, or confirmations as real bookings.
  3. Beta and sandbox features may be changed or withdrawn without notice where permitted by law.

18. Disclaimers

  1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, travel availability, price accuracy, safety, immigration outcomes, booking success, or suitability of AI Output.
  3. Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your decisions and for verifying information before acting.

19. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Remsee and Numtrend Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to Remsee in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Indemnity

  1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Remsee, Numtrend Co., Ltd., affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
  2. Consumer users may have non-waivable rights under Applicable Law.

21. Termination

  1. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your Account from within the app (Settings) or by contacting support.
  2. When you request Account deletion in the app, your Account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after a grace period of 30 days. During this period you are signed out and cannot use the Account, and you may ask support to restore it. After the grace period, your Account and associated personal data — including your trips, posts, and other User Content — are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, except for records we are required or permitted to retain under Applicable Law (such as transaction, tax, fraud, audit, and legal records) as described in the Privacy Policy.
  3. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause legal exposure, or if required by law.
  4. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, survival clauses, or rights and obligations that by nature should survive.

22. Changes to Terms

  1. We may update these Terms from time to time.
  2. We will provide notice where required by Applicable Law or where changes are material.
  3. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
  2. Dispute resolution, arbitration, court venue, class action waiver, consumer exceptions, and injunctive relief provisions are subject to counsel review and local law completion.
