Remsee AI Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This AI Usage Policy explains rules and limitations for AI Features, including AI Trip Planner, AI travel recommendations, itinerary generation, trip optimization, budget suggestions, packing lists, translations, summaries, and future AI-powered commerce features.

2. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, RSM Credits Policy, Subscription Policy, and Travel Disclaimer.

3. Nature of AI Output

  1. AI Output is generated by machine-learning systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable.
  2. AI Output is not legal, immigration, medical, financial, insurance, safety, professional travel-agent, or emergency advice.
  3. You must independently verify information before relying on it.
  4. Remsee does not guarantee that AI Output will meet your expectations, comply with third-party booking conditions, or remain current.

4. User Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate, lawful, and appropriate inputs.
  2. Do not submit sensitive Personal Data unless necessary for a supported feature.
  3. Verify visas, passports, entry rules, health requirements, safety advisories, prices, opening hours, transport schedules, weather, accessibility, and cancellation terms.
  4. Use judgment before visiting locations, making bookings, or following route recommendations.
  5. Comply with the Community Guidelines when publishing AI-assisted content.

5. Prohibited AI Uses

You may not use AI Features to:

  1. Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or deceptive content.
  2. Facilitate fraud, scams, spam, phishing, malware, or evasion of safety systems.
  3. Generate false reviews, fake engagement, impersonation, or misleading travel claims.
  4. Create discriminatory travel recommendations or content.
  5. Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
  6. Make high-stakes decisions about health, legal status, immigration, financial eligibility, insurance, employment, or safety without qualified human advice.
  7. Circumvent RSM limits, subscription limits, rate limits, or security controls.

6. AI Personalization and Data Use

  1. AI Features may use your travel preferences, saved trips, location settings, prior interactions, User Content, subscription tier, and usage history to personalize results.
  2. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
  3. AI providers may process inputs and outputs on Remsee's behalf under applicable data protection terms.

7. AI Safety and Moderation

  1. Remsee may use automated filters, rate limits, human review, abuse monitoring, and safety classifiers.
  2. We may block prompts, decline requests, remove outputs, restrict features, or suspend Accounts where use violates policy.
  3. We may log safety events for security, moderation, compliance, and improvement.

8. AI Trip Planner Limits

  1. AI Trip Planner availability, trip duration, monthly generation limits, edit costs, and token costs may vary by Subscription tier.
  2. AI trip generation and edits may consume RSM as described in the RSM Credits Policy and Subscription Policy.
  3. Generation quotas, trip duration limits, and RSM costs may change with notice where required.

9. AI and Affiliate or Marketplace Recommendations

  1. AI recommendations may include hotels, places, products, or services from Travel Partners or Marketplace sellers.
  2. Remsee may receive affiliate commissions or marketplace fees.
  3. Sponsored, affiliate, boosted, or paid placements should be disclosed where required by law and product design.

10. Feedback

  1. You may submit feedback on AI Output.
  2. Feedback may be used to improve quality, safety, ranking, and personalization.
  3. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in feedback unless requested.

11. Changes

We may update AI Features and this policy to reflect technical, safety, legal, or product changes.

13. Governing Law

This AI Usage Policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
