Remsee RSM Credits Policy

1. Purpose

This RSM Credits Policy governs RSM Credits, wallet balances, grants, rewards, token purchases, token spending, creator payouts, boosts, AI usage costs, and marketplace token functionality.

2. Nature of RSM

  1. RSM Credits are in-app utility units for eligible Remsee features.
  2. RSM Credits are not money, legal tender, e-money, stored value, deposits, securities, commodities, crypto-assets, virtual assets, or investment products unless Applicable Law requires a different classification.
  3. RSM Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law or expressly stated by Remsee.
  4. RSM Credits may not be transferred, sold, traded, brokered, pledged, or exchanged outside approved Remsee functionality.
  5. RSM Credits do not represent ownership, equity, profit rights, voting rights, claims against Remsee, or entitlement to future value.

3. Token Sources

RSM may be made available through:

  1. Monthly Subscription grants.
  2. Free plan grants.
  3. Reward activities.
  4. Referral rewards.
  5. Purchased token packages where available.
  6. Creator earnings or Marketplace payouts where enabled.
  7. Promotional campaigns, credits, adjustments, refunds, or admin grants.

4. Current Plan Grants

Subject to change and counsel review:

  1. Free plan: 200 RSM monthly grant.
  2. Plus plan: 1,000 RSM monthly grant.
  3. Pro plan: 2,500 RSM monthly grant.
  4. Monthly grants reset by cycle rules. Unused monthly free balances may not carry over unless Remsee states otherwise.

5. Rewards and Referrals

  1. Rewards may be earned from real activity, such as account creation, daily login, first trip plan, review posting, or eligible referral.
  2. Reward eligibility, amounts, claim limits, and availability may change.
  3. Fraudulent, automated, duplicate, manipulated, or policy-violating activity may result in reward denial, reversal, suspension, or Account action.

6. Spending RSM

RSM may be required for:

  1. AI trip generation.
  2. AI trip edits, regeneration, optimization, budget tools, packing lists, or other AI Features.
  3. Offline access features.
  4. Boosting posts.
  5. Marketplace purchases.
  6. Creator tools or premium content.
  7. Other features announced by Remsee.

7. AI Generation and Usage Costs

  1. AI trip generations may consume RSM from the first generation.
  2. Free and Plus plans may have hard monthly generation caps.
  3. Pro plans may have included generations followed by additional RSM costs.
  4. AI edits may consume RSM without counting toward monthly trip generation quotas.
  5. Token costs and quotas are described in product surfaces and the Subscription Policy and may change with notice where required.

8. Wallet Ledger

  1. Remsee may maintain wallet balances, transaction history, bucket breakdowns, metadata, and audit logs.
  2. Ledger records may be used to resolve disputes, correct errors, detect fraud, comply with law, and enforce policies.
  3. Users should report wallet errors promptly to remseesupport@numtrend.com.

9. Expiration and Reset

  1. Monthly Subscription grants may reset each billing cycle and may not carry over.
  2. Promotional, reward, or bonus RSM may expire according to campaign rules.
  3. Purchased RSM expiration requires counsel review and may be subject to gift card, stored value, consumer, or digital content laws.

10. Refunds and Reversals

  1. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable app store or payment provider rules.
  2. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or canceled, related RSM may be removed or reversed.
  3. RSM spent on consumed digital features, AI generation, boosts, or delivered marketplace content may be non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

  1. If your Account is suspended or terminated for policy violations, access to RSM may be restricted or forfeited where permitted by law.
  2. Non-waivable consumer rights may apply.

12. Marketplace and Creator Payouts

  1. Creator earnings may be denominated in RSM, fiat, or another method as Remsee specifies.
  2. Payout eligibility, conversion, fees, taxes, thresholds, chargebacks, and compliance checks must be described in Marketplace Seller Terms or a separate payout policy before launch.
  3. Remsee may withhold or reverse payouts for fraud, disputes, refunds, policy violations, sanctions, tax issues, or legal requirements.

13. Compliance

  1. RSM design, sales, rewards, expiration, and payout mechanics require review under consumer, payments, tax, virtual asset, e-money, gaming, promotions, securities, AML, and sanctions laws.
  2. RSM may be modified or restricted to comply with Applicable Law.

15. Governing Law

This RSM Credits Policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer, payment, tax, or financial regulation provides otherwise.
