Remsee Subscription Policy

1. Purpose

This Subscription Policy governs Remsee paid plans, renewal, cancellation, plan changes, subscription benefits, quotas, trials, pricing, and related RSM grants.

2. Plans

  1. Remsee may offer Free, Plus, Pro, enterprise, promotional, regional, beta, or legacy plans.
  2. Plan features may include AI generation limits, trip duration limits, saved trip limits, RSM monthly grants, ad experience, offline access, premium feed, boost eligibility, creator tools, and marketplace seller access.
  3. Current plan descriptions in product surfaces control the features available at purchase, subject to these terms and Applicable Law.

3. Billing

  1. Paid Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or on another stated cycle.
  2. Billing may be processed through app stores, payment processors, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other providers.
  3. Prices may vary by region, platform, currency, tax, promotion, and purchase channel.
  4. Taxes may be added where applicable.

4. Automatic Renewal

  1. Paid Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  2. Renewal charges are billed to the payment method associated with the purchase channel.
  3. You are responsible for managing cancellation through the applicable app store, payment provider, or Remsee interface.

5. Cancellation

  1. You may cancel a Subscription at any time.
  2. Cancellation prevents future renewal but generally does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated by the purchase channel.
  3. After cancellation, paid benefits usually continue until the end of the current paid period.

6. Trials and Promotions

  1. Remsee may offer trials, discounts, coupons, promotional RSM, or limited-time features.
  2. Trial eligibility may be limited.
  3. Trials may convert to paid Subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends, where clearly disclosed and permitted by law.

7. Plan Changes

  1. Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on purchase channel rules.
  2. Downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  3. Plan changes may affect RSM grants, AI generation limits, trip duration limits, saved trips, ad experience, creator tools, boosts, and marketplace access.
  4. Monthly AI generation usage may carry forward within the current cycle when changing tiers unless product rules state otherwise.

8. RSM Monthly Grants

  1. Subscription plans may include monthly RSM grants.
  2. Monthly grants may reset on the subscription anniversary cycle.
  3. Unused monthly grant balances may not carry over unless expressly stated.
  4. RSM grants are governed by the RSM Credits Policy.

9. AI Generation Limits

  1. Free and Plus plans may have hard monthly AI trip generation caps.
  2. Pro plans may include a monthly allowance and permit additional generation for RSM.
  3. AI edits, regeneration, optimization, and related features may consume RSM but may be treated differently from new trip generation.
  4. Specific limits and costs may be shown in-app and may change with notice where required.

10. Boost Posts and Add-Ons

  1. Boost posts, token packages, marketplace tools, or other add-ons may be sold separately.
  2. Add-ons may have fixed durations, limited availability, eligibility conditions, or non-refundable consumption rules.
  3. Boosting does not guarantee views, engagement, followers, bookings, revenue, or marketplace sales.

11. Failed Payments

  1. If payment fails, Remsee or the payment provider may retry payment, suspend paid benefits, downgrade your Account, or terminate the Subscription.
  2. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

12. Price and Feature Changes

  1. We may change prices, taxes, plan features, quotas, or benefits.
  2. We will provide notice where required by law or purchase channel rules.
  3. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel before renewal.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable app store or payment provider rules.

15. Governing Law

This Subscription Policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or app-store law provides otherwise.
