Remsee Affiliate Booking Terms

1. Purpose

These Affiliate Booking Terms govern hotel, accommodation, and travel booking referrals made through Remsee to Travel Partners, including Booking.com, Agoda, future Expedia-approved services, and other partners.

2. Role of Remsee

  1. Remsee may display travel recommendations, hotel links, prices, availability snippets, ratings, images, affiliate links, deep links, or sponsored placements.
  2. Unless expressly stated, Remsee is not the merchant of record, accommodation provider, booking agent, travel agent, package travel organizer, airline, insurer, transportation provider, or tour operator.
  3. Bookings are made directly with the Travel Partner or supplier under their terms.
  4. Remsee may receive affiliate commission, referral fees, or other compensation.

3. Travel Partner Terms

  1. Your booking is governed by the Travel Partner's terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, loyalty terms, and supplier rules.
  2. You must review all Travel Partner information before booking.
  3. Travel Partner prices, fees, taxes, availability, cancellation rules, and conditions may change without notice.

4. Booking.com and Agoda

  1. Booking.com and Agoda referrals may direct you to their platforms or partner interfaces.
  2. Booking, payment, modification, cancellation, refund, no-show, loyalty credit, and customer support obligations are generally handled by the relevant platform or supplier.
  3. Remsee is not responsible for Travel Partner errors, delays, overbooking, cancellations, property quality, fees, taxes, or service failures except where required by law.

5. Expedia Sandbox and Future Approval

  1. Expedia-related functionality may be mock, sandbox, simulated, or under future approval.
  2. Sandbox or mock data is not a real offer, reservation, confirmation, price, inventory commitment, or booking.
  3. Users must not rely on mock Expedia data for real travel decisions.
  4. Production Expedia services may require additional partner terms and disclosures before launch.

6. Prices and Availability

  1. Prices, availability, taxes, fees, currency conversion, and cancellation rules may be estimated or cached.
  2. The final Travel Partner checkout page controls.
  3. Remsee does not guarantee lowest price, availability, room type, amenities, accessibility, location accuracy, rating accuracy, or suitability.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying:

  1. Dates, destination, property, room type, guest names, occupancy, age rules, accessibility needs, and special requests.
  2. Visa, passport, entry, health, insurance, safety, and local law requirements.
  3. Cancellation, refund, no-show, deposit, resort fee, tax, and payment terms.
  4. Travel Partner identity and final booking confirmation.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

  1. Remsee may earn commission when you click, book, or purchase through affiliate links.
  2. Affiliate compensation may influence how offers are displayed, ranked, or monetized, subject to Remsee ranking and disclosure practices.
  3. Sponsored or boosted placements should be identified where required by law.

9. Support

  1. For booking changes, cancellations, refunds, property issues, payment disputes, or no-shows, contact the Travel Partner first.
  2. Remsee may provide referral-level support but may not have authority to change or refund bookings.

10. Privacy

  1. Remsee may process affiliate click and attribution data as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  2. Travel Partners process booking data under their own privacy policies.

11. Travel Disclaimer

These terms are supplemented by the Travel Disclaimer.

13. Governing Law

These Affiliate Booking Terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or travel law provides otherwise.
