Remsee Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited conduct for all Users of Remsee.

2. Illegal and Harmful Activity

You may not use the Service to:

1. Violate Applicable Law.
2. Promote, facilitate, or conceal illegal activity.
3. Harm, exploit, harass, threaten, or abuse others.
4. Facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or child safety violations.
5. Encourage dangerous travel behavior or unsafe real-world conduct.

3. Platform Integrity

You may not:

1. Interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the Service.
2. Bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, paywalls, quotas, wallet limits, moderation systems, or security controls.
3. Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data without authorization.
4. Reverse engineer restricted software except where permitted by law.
5. Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or conduct unauthorized testing.
6. Use bots, fake Accounts, scripts, or automation to manipulate the Service.

4. Fraud and Deception

You may not:

1. Impersonate others.
2. Misrepresent identity, affiliation, location, travel experience, booking status, credentials, or endorsements.
3. Create fake reviews, fake engagement, fake referrals, fake rewards, or fake marketplace transactions.
4. Manipulate RSM balances, wallet ledgers, boosts, rankings, recommendations, or subscription benefits.
5. Engage in scams, phishing, chargeback abuse, or payment fraud.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You may not upload or distribute content that:

1. Infringes intellectual property rights.
2. Violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data protection rights.
3. Contains spam, malware, deceptive links, or unauthorized advertising.
4. Violates the Community Guidelines or Copyright and DMCA Policy.

6. Regulated Activity

You may not use the Service to offer regulated goods or services without required authorization, including:

1. Travel agency, package travel, tour operator, transportation, accommodation, or activity services.
2. Insurance.
3. Financial, investment, lending, money transmission, payment, crypto, or virtual asset services.
4. Visa, immigration, legal, medical, or safety-critical advice.
5. Goods or services subject to sanctions, export controls, licensing, or age restrictions.

7. Security Research

1. Do not conduct security testing without authorization.
2. Good-faith reports may be submitted under the Security Policy.
3. Do not access, modify, delete, exfiltrate, or disclose data without permission.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, RSM reversal, refund denial, boost cancellation, feature limits, Account suspension, Account termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

10. Governing Law

This Acceptable Use Policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
