Remsee Copyright Policy (Thailand Notice-and-Takedown)

1. Purpose

This Copyright Policy explains how Remsee handles copyright complaints, takedown requests, counter-notices, repeat infringers, and intellectual property disputes. It is drafted primarily for the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) as amended (including by the Copyright Act (No. 2) B.E. 2558 (2015)). Where Remsee serves users in other jurisdictions, equivalent local notice-and-takedown procedures (including the United States DMCA) may also apply.

2. Respect for Rights

  1. Users may upload only content they own or have permission to use.
  2. Remsee may remove, disable access to, or restrict content that allegedly infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  3. As a service provider, Remsee operates a voluntary notice-and-takedown process and will also comply with takedown orders issued by a competent court under Section 32/3 of the Thai Copyright Act and with other Applicable Law.

3. Copyright Complaint Contact

Remsee receives copyright complaints at:

This contact also receives counter-notices and other intellectual property complaints. Remsee may designate a separate agent or registration (for example, a U.S. Copyright Office DMCA agent) where required for a specific jurisdiction.

4. Copyright Takedown Notice

To submit a copyright complaint, provide:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to be infringed, and evidence of your ownership or authority to act (for example, registration, proof of authorship, or a licence).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Service (such as a URL, post ID, or screenshot).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

For complaints intended to rely on the United States DMCA, the notice must also include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.

5. What Remsee Does With a Notice

  1. Remsee may remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the user who posted it, and keep a record of the complaint.
  2. Remsee may request additional information or evidence before acting.
  3. Remsee acts on a good-faith assessment of the notice and does not adjudicate final ownership; a court order may be required to resolve a contested claim under Section 32/3 of the Thai Copyright Act.

6. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, provide:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the removed content and where it appeared on the Service.
  3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and the basis for that belief (for example, your ownership, a licence, fair use, or an exception under the Thai Copyright Act).
  4. Where the matter is governed by the United States DMCA, your consent to the jurisdiction and service of process required by the DMCA, subject to counsel review.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Remsee may, at its discretion and subject to Applicable Law, restore content if the original complainant does not pursue the matter or a counter-notice is valid.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

  1. Remsee may terminate or restrict Accounts of repeat infringers.
  2. Remsee may consider the number, severity, validity, and context of notices and counter-notices.

8. Trademark and Other IP Complaints

  1. Trademark, publicity, counterfeit, or other intellectual property complaints may be sent to remseesupport@numtrend.com.
  2. Include enough detail for Remsee to evaluate the claim, including your rights and the allegedly infringing material.

9. Misrepresentations

Submitting false, bad-faith, or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in liability under Applicable Law (including the Thai Copyright Act and Thai civil law) and Account action.

10. No Legal Determination

Remsee may process notices but does not adjudicate final ownership or infringement disputes. Rights holders and users remain responsible for resolving disputes through the competent courts or other lawful means.

11. Governing Law

This Copyright Policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Bangkok having jurisdiction, unless mandatory intellectual property law provides otherwise.
