1. Purpose

This Travel Disclaimer explains important limitations for Remsee travel information, AI itineraries, recommendations, Affiliate Bookings, social travel content, and future travel commerce services.

2. No Professional Travel Advice

  1. Remsee provides travel discovery, planning, content, and referral tools.
  2. Remsee is not a licensed travel agent, tour operator, insurance broker, immigration adviser, medical adviser, legal adviser, or safety authority unless expressly stated and authorized.
  3. AI Output and User Content are informational and should not replace professional advice.

3. Verify Before Travel

You must independently verify:

  1. Passport validity.
  2. Visa and entry requirements.
  3. Transit rules.
  4. Health, vaccine, and medical requirements.
  5. Travel advisories and safety conditions.
  6. Weather, natural disaster, and emergency conditions.
  7. Local laws and customs.
  8. Opening hours, availability, prices, taxes, and fees.
  9. Transport schedules, delays, and route safety.
  10. Accessibility and special needs suitability.

4. AI Trip Planner Limitations

5. User Content Limitations

  1. Reviews, posts, photos, and comments reflect individual user views and may be biased, outdated, paid, AI-assisted, or inaccurate.
  2. Remsee may moderate User Content but does not guarantee accuracy.

6. Affiliate Booking Limitations

  1. Travel Partner terms govern bookings.
  2. Remsee does not control hotel quality, availability, overbooking, cancellations, prices, fees, taxes, refunds, or supplier performance.
  3. Final booking details must be confirmed on the Travel Partner platform.

7. Future Travel Commerce

  1. Flights, activities, insurance, car rental, eSIM, airport transfer, marketplace services, and similar features may be subject to additional partner terms, licenses, consumer rights, and disclosures.
  2. Do not rely on sandbox, mock, or beta travel commerce data for real bookings.

8. Travel Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, theft, loss, delay, cancellation, civil unrest, natural disaster, weather events, border refusal, and service disruption. You assume responsibility for your travel choices to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Emergency Situations

Remsee is not an emergency service. In emergencies, contact local emergency services, authorities, embassy or consulate resources, medical providers, or travel insurers.
