Remsee Influencer Program Terms

This English version is the controlling and legally binding version.

1. Purpose

These terms govern application to and participation in the Remsee Influencer Program (the "Program"), operated by Numtrend Co., Ltd. ("Remsee", the "Company").

By submitting an application you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, together with the Remsee Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. You hold an active Remsee account (Remsee Username).
  3. You own at least one public social media channel.
  4. All information in your application, including follower counts, is truthful and current.
  5. Your Remsee account has not been suspended or terminated for policy violations.

3. Review and approval

  1. Submitting an application creates no rights automatically and is not an acceptance into the Program.
  2. Remsee approves or declines applications at its sole discretion and is not required to give reasons.
  3. The team will contact you using the details in your application, which may include SMS, telephone, email or LINE.
  4. "Creator" status takes effect only once Remsee has confirmed and enabled it in the system.

4. Participant obligations

  1. Review and introduce the Remsee application based on your own genuine use of it.
  2. Create content about Remsee's features, travel, and AI-assisted trip planning.
  3. Publish on your own channels with the hashtag #Remsee.
  4. Clearly disclose the commercial relationship every time, as required by Thai law and by each platform's rules — for example #ad, #sponsored, or an equivalent statement.
  5. Do not overstate benefits or misrepresent features, pricing, or the results a user can expect.
  6. Comply with the Remsee Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Benefits

  1. Free access to Premium features — Remsee may grant approved participants a complimentary Plus or Pro subscription at no cost.
  2. Any such grant carries an explicit expiry date and does not renew automatically.
  3. The grant is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or RSM Credits.
  4. Remsee may change the tier, adjust the expiry date, or revoke the grant at any time at its discretion.
  5. If your account holds an active paid subscription, Remsee will not overlay a complimentary grant on top of it, so that the subscription you have paid for is not affected.
  6. Compensation — monetary or other compensation, if any, is agreed case by case and takes effect only under a separate written agreement.
  7. You are responsible for any taxes and charges arising from benefits or compensation you receive.

6. Content rights

  1. You retain ownership of the content you create.
  2. You grant Remsee a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, reformat for presentation, publish and display content you create under this Program, together with your account name, display name and profile picture, for Remsee's marketing and communications on its own channels.
  3. Remsee may repost your content with credit as appropriate for each channel.
  4. You warrant that the content you supply does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party right.

7. Use of Remsee trademarks

  1. You may use the Remsee name and logo solely for the purposes of this Program.
  2. Do not modify the logo, and do not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official spokesperson of the Company.
  3. Do not register any domain, account name, or trademark containing "Remsee" or a confusingly similar term.

8. Information you provide

  1. The information you enter in the application — name, phone number, email, LINE ID, social media channels, follower counts and self-introduction — is submitted to the Company for the purpose of assessing your application and administering the Program.
  2. Remsee stores and uses that information to: assess the application, contact you, match it to your Remsee account, administer benefits, verify compliance with these terms, and retain records for accounting and internal audit.
  3. Remsee may send SMS messages to the phone number given in your application to notify you of decisions and changes to your benefits.
  4. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Remsee Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

  1. You may withdraw from the Program at any time by giving the Company written notice.
  2. Remsee may suspend or terminate your participation immediately and without prior notice if you:
    • provided false information in your application, including untrue or fraudulently obtained follower counts;
    • breach these terms, the Community Guidelines, or the Terms of Service;
    • publish content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or damaging to the Company's reputation;
    • become inactive or fail to produce the agreed content.
  3. On termination, any complimentary access ends and you must stop using Remsee trademarks.
  4. Section 6 (Content rights) survives termination.

10. Relationship of the parties

Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Remsee. You act as an independent contractor.

11. Limitation of liability

  1. Remsee does not guarantee any marketing outcome, reach, follower growth, or income from participation.
  2. Remsee is not responsible for the actions, policies, or account suspensions of third-party social media platforms.
  3. Remsee's liability under these terms is limited as set out in the Remsee Terms of Service.

12. Changes

Remsee may amend these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page with its effective date. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
